Survivorship Support Group

We offer the Survivorship Support Group to anyone living with, through and beyond a cancer diagnosis. Facilitated by a licensed health care professional, this group addresses the everyday needs experienced during and after treatment.

A dedicated community for individuals who have completed cancer treatment and are navigating the journey of survivorship.
