Ross Hempel, MD, is a board-certified colorectal surgeon who earned his Doctor of Medicine from The University of Louisville School of Medicine, Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Hempel completed his surgical internship and residency at The University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, Tampa, Florida. He also was a colon and rectal surgery fellow there and joins AdventHealth directly from that fellowship. Dr. Hempel is dedicated to providing comprehensive, whole-person care that heals the body, mind and spirit of every patient and their families.
