Scott Bloom, MD, FACS, FRCSC is a board-certified general surgeon at the Center for Specialized Surgery in Orlando. He specializes in minimally invasive, robotic and laparoscopic surgery to address colorectal disorders, hernias and other general surgery conditions. Dr. Bloom has won numerous awards for clinical and academic excellence and is a graduate of Queen’s University School of Medicine in Ontario, Canada, where he also carried out his internship and residency training. He is a past president of the British Columbia Surgical Society and a noted researcher whose work has appeared in multiple scientific journals.
