Survivorship Support Group

AdventHealth Cancer Institute offers the Survivorship Support Group to anyone living with, through and beyond a cancer diagnosis. Facilitated by a licensed health care professional, this group addresses the everyday needs experienced during and after treatment. 

This group is hybrid, offered both in-person and in a virtual setting. To register for either, click here.
